Delivery times are between 4 and 15 working days in France and 18 to 20 working days in Europe, and are provided by your local Post Office. The start of the delivery day countdown is effective after dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery person is solely responsible for it. The maximum legal period is 30 working days in France.

You have no delivery costs.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left and you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.
As our products are stored in different warehouses, it is possible that you will receive part of your order in advance.

We ship your orders from different international warehouses (USA, Canada, China and France). Our inventory is spread across multiple fulfillment centers around the world so you can receive your order faster.

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped.

We always try to find the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that could have damaged your products during transportation.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please contact us by sending an email from our contact page to let us know about your problem and remember to attach photos/videos that can clearly show the problem.

The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. We will mark the package as a gift for our customers.
