Terms and delivery times
A maximum period of five days after the order registration may be necessary to ship the order. The ordered product is shipped by postal circuit to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
To enable Love&Soap to fulfil its delivery obligation, the customer must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. In particular, the customer must indicate the street number, building number, staircase number, entry access code, the recipient's first and last name and telephone number.
The company Love&Soap is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery as provided for in article L211-5 of the consumer code.
The buyer must check the conformity of the package delivered upon receipt.
He will have the right to refuse delivery if it appears to him to be clearly non-compliant. In the event that the package or its contents appear damaged, he must make written reservations to the carrier. He will have the choice of either returning it to the Love&Soap company for standard exchange or requesting a refund of the price paid, in which case, he must provide his bank card number or RIB.
Withdrawal and return
In the event that the buyer wishes to return an order, he must first contact customer relations at the following address: contact@love-and-soap.com
The customer relations department will then tell you what steps to follow.
The customer must specify the reason for their return, the item reference and their order number.
In any event, the buyer has 14 working days from delivery to request the exchange or refund of part or all of his order.
The buyer's right to a refund or exchange is only valid for unworn/unused items returned in their original packaging. In the case of a refund request for an item that has benefited from free or reduced shipping costs, the shipping costs according to the current rate will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (in accordance with article L.121-20).
In the event of a refund, the customer will be reimbursed the amount due, after receipt of the product by Love&Soap within 14 days, by transfer.
A management and service fee of €2 will be deducted from the refund amount.
